Andrea Rosso

Andrea Rosso is a first-year PhD student in the Department of Electronics and Telecommunications at Politecnico di Torino, where he earned both his Bachelor’s degree in Electronics and his Master’s degree in Telecommunications. His Master’s thesis, supported by a scholarship, focused on transceiver modeling and characterization for optical communications. His primary research interests focus on innovative optical network implementations and the study of performance impairments in high-speed fiber-optic links. Additionally, he is investigating novel approaches to integrate artificial intelligence algorithms for automated network control.
